Save Glen Abbey

Dear Neighbours,

As of July 2021, the development proposals for the Glen Abbey Golf Course have been withdrawn and the grassroots campaign that arose from our active community members and culminated in a massive international response from 11,000 signatures and thousands of supporters on social media.  We have saved the heart of Oakville and cemented the cultural heritage landscape that the property had been designated.  Thanks to Fairway Hills residents Joe Brandt, Gary Mark and Shelli Fisico for their hard work and their recognition by the Town of Oakville for their contributions to this six year campaign.
